I made this card for The Dutch Dare Card Challenge. The theme this week is Summer in Winter. And, to me, it isn't summer until the fireflies arrive. I'm frustrated with the way my photos are turning out tonight. I may try to get a better photo tomorrow in the daylight. The lid of the jar is painted silver, the "stars" and moon are both very sparkly white glitter. The grass in front of the jar is not as dark as it is showing in the photo. I once saved a beautiful website that had a wonderful poem about fireflies on it. I wanted to put it in this card, but can't locate it right now. I'll post it on here if I come across it.
